ReLU is an applied machine learning organization at NTNU in Trondheim. Members build with partner data, contribute to research collaborations, and pursue questions of their own.
What ReLU is
A place for work beyond the classroom.
ReLU works with companies, hospitals, and research groups on applied ML projects with real data and real constraints. Each team scopes the problem, builds and tests a solution, then hands over the code, results, and technical notes partners need to evaluate the work.

From Fall 2026, industry work runs as scoped six-to-ten-week sprints: NDA before access, a written scope, weekly partner contact, and a ReLU technical lead.
